Download and install nocal on Mac, Windows, iPhone, and Android, sign in once, and keep your calendars and notes in sync across every device.

nocal runs on Mac, Windows, iPhone, and Android, and desktop and mobile share the same core behavior. Sign in once on each device and your connected calendars and notes stay in sync everywhere.

Mobile apps are on the App Store and Google Play; desktop apps come from the downloads page. Always download from these official sources to be sure you're getting the genuine app.

Install on desktop (Mac or Windows)

  1. Download the installer for your operating system.
  2. Open the downloaded file and follow the prompts.
  3. Launch nocal once installation finishes.

Install on mobile (iPhone or Android)

  1. Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
  2. Search for nocal.
  3. Tap Get / Install, then open the app.

  1. Open nocal and sign in with your nocal account (or create one).
  2. Connect your calendar accounts if you haven't already — see connect Google Calendar and connect your Outlook or Microsoft calendar.

You only connect each calendar account once. After that, it's available on any device where you sign in to nocal.

Sync across devices

Your connected accounts, calendar events, notes, folders, and pins all sync through your nocal account. Make a note on your laptop and it's there on your phone; toggle a calendar's visibility on one device and your view stays consistent.

Sync runs automatically in the background whenever the app is open and online. There's nothing to configure — just sign in.

Using multiple accounts

Whichever device you're on, you can connect and manage several calendar accounts. See managing multiple calendars for the unified timeline and per-calendar visibility toggles.

Keep apps updated

Running the latest version helps sync stay reliable and gives you the newest features. Mobile apps update through the App Store or Google Play; desktop apps update themselves or prompt you when an update is ready. If something isn't syncing, updating is one of the first steps in the calendar not syncing checklist.
